Will G. Willie's Uniforms ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not accept orders that are to be shipped internationally. Our pricing reflects orders to be shipped within the United States.
How will G. Willie's Uniforms ship my order?
The majority of all shipments will be delivered by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. We can make arrangements for special shipments to ship other ways.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days, if the items requested are in stock. If there are any items that are not in stock, we will order the items and this process may take 7-14 business days. If the items we ordered for you are on "Backorder" you will be informed of this.
What is Your Return Policy?
Our return policy is as follows:
The item must be returned to us no later that 20 days
The item must be accompanied by original or copied receipt
If you order on-line and the uniform you receive does not fit, due to the size requested by you, we will ship you the correct size at an additional cost. The original item must be sent back to us in its original condition-the item cannot be returned if it has been laundered or altered. We will send out the correct size, but you will be charged an additional charge for the shipping and handling.
If we shipped you the size you did not request, we will gladly ship out the correct size requested at no additional cost to you - as long as the item received has not been washed or worn.
Please inspect all goods for accuracy. We do try to ship orders accurately, but sometimes we may make an error.
