INSTRUCTIONS: Clip the "shirt stay" onto your sock so that it is on the outer part of your leg then clip the y-section to the base of the shirt (front & back). Adjust the tension for the right length. You should feel a slight bit of tension from the shirt stay, if it is too tight, it may pop off when walking. The goal is with the "shirt stay" it should keep your shirt tucked in even after sitting, standing and or doing push-ups. Practice in private before you go public.
